BDO USA is seeking a BI Manager to lead a Finance BI team responsible for reporting, analytics, and automation across Finance and the business. You will set standards for semantic models, governance, and development, partnering with Finance leadership to translate priorities into a coordinated roadmap and ensure high-quality, secure deliverables.

The role oversees Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate work, balancing data privacy and compliance while driving best practices and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• Five (5) or more years of experience within Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Application Development, required.
• Two (2) or more years of experience leading or managing a technical team, required.
• Experience working with Finance data, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads and develops a team of Finance BI professionals, including performance coaching.
• Serves as escalation point for complex Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate issues.
• Owns and evolves Finance BI architecture, standards, and governance across the team.
• Translates strategic priorities into a prioritized team roadmap and resourcing plan.
• Reviews and approves Power BI reports, semantic models, and documentation before deployment.
