Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a BI Manager to lead a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts. You will design, govern, and deliver reporting, analytics, and automation solutions for Finance and business-wide decision making.

You will establish standards, semantic models, and governance, partnering with Finance leadership to translate priorities into a team roadmap. You will oversee Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate work products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years in Data Analytics/BI or related field is required.
• 2+ years leading or managing a technical team is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts.
• Escalation point for complex Power BI, SQL, and data modeling issues.
• Own Finance BI architecture, governance, and development guidelines.
