Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Finance BI Manager to lead a team delivering reporting, analytics, and governance across Finance. You will set standards for semantic models, governances, and development across the BI portfolio, partnering with Finance leaders to translate priorities into a coordinated roadmap.

You will oversee Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate deliverables, ensuring security, reliability, and quality while mentoring staff and driving best practices across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Data Analytics/BI or Application Development.
• 2+ years leading or managing a technical team.
• Experience working with Finance data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts.
• Escalation point for complex Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate issues.
• Owns and evolves Finance BI architecture, semantic model standards, and data governance.
• Translates strategic priorities into a prioritized team roadmap and resourcing plan.
• Reviews and approves Power BI reports, semantic models, and documentation before deployment.
