Job summary

BDO USA seeks a BI Manager to lead a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts, driving reporting, analytics, and automation to support Finance and business decisions. You will set standards for semantic models, governance, and development, partnering with Finance leadership to translate priorities into a coordinated roadmap; ensure quality, security, and reliability of the Finance BI portfolio.

The role includes mentoring staff, promoting best practices, and presenting progress to Finance BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in Data Analytics/BI or App Development; 2+ years leading a technical team.
• Experience with Finance data is preferred; strong SQL and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts.
• Oversee Power BI reports, semantic models, DAX measures, and data transformations.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate priorities into a prioritized team roadmap.
• Ensure data governance, security, and quality across the Finance BI portfolio.
• Manage workspace permissions, deployment processes, and RLS across Power BI.
