Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a BI Manager to lead a Finance BI team responsible for designing, building, and governing reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that support Finance and business decision making.

You will set development standards, semantic model architecture, and governance practices, overseeing Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate deliverables while ensuring quality, security, and reliability of the Finance BI portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in Data Analytics, BI or App Development.
• 2+ years leading or managing a technical team.
• Experience with Finance data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts.
• Oversee Power BI reports, data models, and governance.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate priorities into a roadmap.
• Ensure security, reliability, and quality of the BI portfolio.
• Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.
