Job summary

BDO USA seeks a BI Manager to lead a team delivering finance BI reporting, analytics, and automation. You will set standards, govern semantic models, and drive a roadmap with Finance leadership. You’ll supervise Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate work while maintaining data quality and security.

You will manage and develop team members, promote best practices, and report on priorities, risks, and team performance to Finance BI leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, required.
• Five or more years of experience in Data Analytics, BI or related fields.
• Two or more years of experience leading or managing a technical team.
• Experience with Finance data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts.
• Oversee Power BI reports, data modeling, and Power Automate deliverables.
• Set development standards, governance, and architecture for Finance BI.
• Partner with Finance leadership to align priorities with the roadmap.
• Ensure data security, accuracy, and reliability across BI assets.
