Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Finance BI Manager to lead a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts responsible for designing, building, and governing reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that support finance and business decision making.

You will set development standards, semantic model architecture, and governance practices for the Finance BI team, supervising Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate work to ensure quality, security, and reliability across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in data analytics or BI.
• 2+ years leading or managing a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts.
• Escalation point for complex Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate issues.
• Owns and evolves Finance BI architecture, semantic model design standards, data governance practices, and development guidelines.
• Translates strategic priorities into a prioritized team roadmap and resourcing plan.
• Reviews and approves Power BI reports, semantic models, and data transformations.
