Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Finance BI Manager to lead a team delivering reporting, analytics, and automation for Finance and the business. You will guide architecture, governance, and delivery of Power BI, SQL data models, and Power Automate workflows, ensuring high quality, secure, and reliable BI solutions.

You will partner with Finance leadership to translate strategic priorities into a roadmap, manage resources, and drive adoption of best practices while mentoring team members and reporting to BI

Qualifications

• Five or more years in Data Analytics/BI or equivalent.
• Two or more years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience with Finance data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Finance BI professionals.
• Oversee Power BI reports, data models, and governance.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership to align priorities.
• Ensure security, accuracy, and reliability of BI portfolio.
• Drive best practices and training for end-users.
