BDO USA is seeking a seasoned BI Manager to lead a Finance BI team responsible for designing, building, and governing reporting and analytics solutions across Finance and the business. You will set standards for semantic models and governance, and partner with Finance leadership to translate priorities into a coordinated team roadmap.

You will oversee Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate deliverables, ensuring quality, security, and reliable performance while mentoring team members

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Five or more years of experience in Data Analytics, BI or Application Development.
• Two or more years of experience leading or managing a technical team.

Responsabilidades

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts, including performance management, coaching, and career development.
• Serves as the primary escalation point for complex Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate issues that exceed the scope of individual developers.
• Owns and evolves Finance BI architecture, semantic model design standards, data governance practices, and development guidelines across the team.
• Partners with Finance leadership and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into a prioritized team roadmap and resourcing plan.
• Reviews and approves Power BI reports, semantic models, DAX measures, data transformations, and documentation before deployment to ensure quality and consistency.
