Responsibilities

• Collect and follow up on missing stipulations to keep financing on track.
• Call customers, banks, and lenders to request, confirm, and complete required documents.
• Track contracts in transit and assist in resolving funding delays.
• Verify finance paperwork is complete and accurate before it moves forward.
• Organize deal jackets and maintain finance records for assigned transactions.
• Obtain proof of income, residence, insurance, and other lender requirements.
• Communicate clearly with customers, managers, and finance personnel to prevent issues and rework.
