Job summary

Car Lux, Inc is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our high-volume automotive dealership and support daily F&I operations, document verification, and compliance. You will handle customer contracts, data entry, and filing while upholding confidentiality and accuracy.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate dealer software (Dealertrack, DMS). Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, and on-site, full-time work with weekend

Qualifications

• Familiarity with dealership software (Dealertrack, DMS) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of financial terminology and credit applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager with preparing, reviewing, and submitting finance and lease documents.
• Verify customer information, income proofs, insurance, and compliance forms.
• Manage contracts, DMV paperwork, and deal jackets to ensure accuracy and completion.
• Communicate with banks, lenders, and customers regarding missing documents or approvals.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records.
• Support daily administrative tasks and month-end reporting.
• Ensure adherence to dealership policies, legal requirements, and lender guidelines.
