Quirk Auto Dealerships is seeking an entry-level Finance Assistant to support vehicle lease and purchase transactions. You will help complete legal and compliance documents, verify accuracy and authenticity, and liaise with lenders to confirm funding.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Coordinators with processes for vehicle lease and purchase transactions.
• Complete all legal documents for each transaction in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Complete all compliance requirements for each transaction as required by law.
• Ensure accuracy and authenticity of every transaction.
• Follow up with finance lenders to confirm funding of pending transactions.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Position OverviewFinance AssistantQuirk is looking for Financial Assistants. This is an entry-level position, and no prior Automotive Sales experience is required. We will train the right candidate!
