Job summary

Quirk Auto Dealerships in New England is seeking an Aftersales Coordinator to support our sales department in a fast-paced automotive environment. You will assist customers with paperwork, warranties, and after-sale items to ensure a smooth post-delivery experience.

You will maintain communication between customers, management, lenders and internal teams, and follow up after delivery for any additional signatures or documents required. Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow up and resolve paperwork or funding issues.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced automotive environment, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions about paperwork, warranties and after-sale items.
