The Automobile Finance manager sells automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; qualifies buyers and closes the sale. Key Required Proficiencies

• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties, and services
• Attends to customer, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
• Ability to work through all current finance processes including lease and bank approvals
• Audits all appraisals of trade-in vehicles
• Ensures that appropriate dealership records are maintained

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Automotive Sales (3 years required)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to ask for the sale and handle customer requests
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers
• Assess individual client needs and think of innovative ways to get results
• Strong computer skills
• Experience in managing and organizing work time and work-related activities
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Flexible work schedule and have the ability to work days, nights and weekends
