Qualifications

• Background check will include criminal history, drug screening, and motor vehicle records check (if applicable).
• Entry-level position with on-the-job training provided.
• No prior automotive sales experience required; willingness to learn and grow in finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Finance Coordinators with processes for vehicle lease and purchase transactions.
• Complete all legal documents for each transaction in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Complete all compliance requirements for each transaction as required by law.
• Ensure accuracy and authenticity of every transaction.
• Follow up with finance lenders to confirm funding of pending transactions.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
