Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field; 8+ years in finance systems/ERP applications.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and change programs.
• Strong collaboration with FP&A, Consolidations, and Accounting stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud-based finance platforms and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance Business Applications team to deliver CPM solutions.
• Oversee administration, governance, and continuous improvement of CPM tools.
• Partner with FP&A, Consolidations, and Accounting to align technology with business priorities.
• Drive cloud-based modernization and AI capabilities to improve finance operations.
• Ensure strong internal controls and production support across Finance applications.
• Collaborate with PMO and IT to plan design, testing, deployment, and hyper-care.
