- 15+ years of direct IT applications experience focused on Finance and back-office systems.
- Experience implementing Finance ERP solutions (GL, AP, AR, Cash) in manufacturing and distribution.
- Led ERP projects across multiple ERPs in Fortune 500 environments.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes and transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to build business cases for enterprise Finance modernization.
- Proven leadership in federated organizations with acquired units.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and ongoing enhancement of Finance platforms including ERP and SaaS apps.
- Oversee multi-ERP Finance implementations for GL, AP, AR, and Cash Application in large enterprises.
- Drive transformation initiatives with ROI models and executive recommendations.
- Partner with Finance leaders to define system requirements and enable process optimization.
- Lead end-to-end Finance ERP deployments with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure robust integration across systems using APIs and middleware.
- Mentor a high-performing team of analysts and SMEs.
