RSM is seeking a Manager with FP&A/Accounting background to join our CPM Consulting Practice. This client-facing role leads end-to-end CPM implementations from discovery through deployment and support, including design, configuration, and testing of planning models and reports.

The successful candidate will manage project scope, staffing, timelines, and client communications while guiding a project team to deliver scalable CPM solutions and drive finance transformation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years configuring budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, consolidation, workforce planning, or FP&A in Adaptive from Workday or Pigment.
• Experience leading CPM/finance transformation projects from requirements through deployment.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements, multidimensional modeling, data integration, reporting, and FP&A processes.
• Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Aufgaben

• Lead client delivery activities and own overall project success.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, process discussions, and solution-design sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate financial requirements into CPM solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning, Pigment, or similar platforms.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot budgeting, forecasting, reporting, allocations, consolidations, and CPM processes.
• Develop business requirements, design docs, mock-ups, demonstrations, and other deliverables.
• Manage project scope, staffing, tasks, timelines, budgets, risks, and priorities.
• Oversee data integration, transformation, reconciliation, and validation across source systems and CPM apps.
• Communicate project status, decisions, issues, and risks to clients and leadership.
