Raymond James is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead delivery of a critical portfolio of applications within our Operations Technology platform.

You will own delivery and support of multiple applications used by clients, advisors, and Home Office departments, including mission-critical systems foundational to the firm’s operations. This leadership role requires collaboration across business and tech teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong written and oral communication; excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Experience delivering applications with medium to large complexity.
• Financial services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery and support of multiple critical applications in Operations Technology.
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape and execute delivery roadmaps.
• Maintain and evolve systems for Annual Fees, Cash Management, and Retirement Plan Services.
• Manage resources and budgets to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
