Job summary

Raymond James Financial, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Finance Business Applications (CPM) to lead the enterprise CPM portfolio, supporting OneStream, Oracle Hyperion, BlackLine and Workiva.

You will partner with FP&A, Consolidations, Financial Reporting and Corporate Accounting to ensure finance systems enable planning, close, reporting and regulatory compliance. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, drive governance, continuous improvement, and cloud-based modernization with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Seven or more years of progressive experience supporting enterprise Finance organizations through CPM, financial close, or related finance applications.
• Three or more years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise Finance systems and processes including planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, close, and reporting.
• Demonstrated partnership with Finance leaders to optimize business processes via enterprise Finance applications.
• Strong governance, SOX, SoD, audit readiness, and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Finance Business Applications team.
• Serve as the functional owner of the CPM portfolio (OneStream, Hyperion, BlackLine, Workiva).
• Partner with FP&A, Consolidations, Financial Reporting, and Corporate Accounting to deliver technology-enabled finance solutions.
• Oversee administration, governance, and optimization of finance applications to meet evolving regulatory requirements.
• Drive automation, improved reporting, and a better user experience through continuous improvement.
• Champion cloud-based SaaS technologies and AI capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and controls.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement scalable, well-governed finance solutions and manage projects through lifecycle.
