Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Manager with a background in accounting/FP&A to join our Corporate Performance Management Consulting Practice. You will lead end-to-end CPM implementations using Workday Adaptive Planning or Pigment, guiding discovery, design, configuration, and deployment for client success.

This role blends hands-on delivery with project leadership, including staffing, coaching, and communications with client and internal leaders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with 5+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, consolidation, or FP&A processes in adaptive tools.
Experience leading CPM, financial systems, or finance transformation projects from requirements to deployment and support.
Strong understanding of accounting, financial statements, multidimensional modeling, data integration, reporting, and FP&A processes.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Lead client delivery activities and own overall project success.
Conduct discovery, requirements gathering, and design sessions with stakeholders.
Translate requirements into CPM solutions using Workday Adaptive Planning, Pigment, or similar platforms.
Design, configure, and troubleshoot budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial reporting models.
Manage scope, staffing, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery quality.
