Raymond James is seeking an executive Finance transformation leader to drive the strategic vision, governance, and execution of modernization across finance systems, data, and process excellence. You will partner with executive leadership to advance AI adoption and enterprise-scale initiatives.

The role requires deep experience in finance technology, governance, and large-scale program management within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, IS, or business admin.
• 15+ years in finance transformation and related fields.
• 8+ years leading large teams and senior leaders.
• Experience with enterprise technology implementations and PMO.

Responsabilités

• Lead Finance transformation strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
• Oversee Finance systems governance, upgrades, and roadmaps.
• Manage Finance PMO and portfolio governance.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and control enhancements.
• Lead AI strategy and adoption in Finance with governance.
