Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Finance Analyst Intern to support project accounting and finance functions. The role focuses on cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, HR management, and compliance, with involvement in month-end close and preparing financial reports for project management.

The position requires pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and offers exposure to a large, dynamic project environment across the Power Market, including potential relocation. Base pay is hourly.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience with Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting and finance tasks on project(s) like cost control, payroll and AR/AP.
• Assist with month-end close and prepare financial reporting packages for project management.
• Collaborate with HR, cost accounting and compliance functions; support travel/relocation as needed.
