Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant in California to help clients reinvent enterprise data, AI platforms and operating models. The role focuses on building AI-first strategies, defining roadmaps, and delivering data-driven value with governance and responsible AI at the core.

You will develop strategies, engage with C-suite stakeholders, and guide large-scale finance transformations while traveling up to 80% as needed to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI and Data Strategy, with enterprise data projects and ROI development.
• 3+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 3+ years of leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 3+ years of large-scale delivery in Finance processes or systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy and data assets.
• Assess maturity of AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define building blocks for an AI-first organization: tech blueprint, data strategy and operating model.
• Create business cases, investment profiles and roadmaps to deliver strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships and operating model.
