Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant to help clients in the US redefine Finance operations through AI-led strategies. You will shape vision, build credibility with C-suite, and design scalable data architectures that unlock growth and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in AI and data strategy, strong consulting experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. You will travel up to 80% as needed and collaborate across finance, technology, and business units to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in AI and Data Strategy space including enterprise & function-specific data strategy, talent strategy, value case development, data management.
• 3+ years of high value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience
• 3+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
• 3+ years of large-scale delivery experience in Corporate and/or Business Unit Finance processes, functions and/or systems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data in business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantages.
• Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation.
• Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy (including revenue upside as well as cost-takeout opportunities).
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster innovation.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
