Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant in the United States. You will shape AI-driven transformations, build trusted client relationships, and define actionable data strategies to enable growth and efficiency across Finance functions.

The role requires 3+ years in AI/data strategy and consulting, with experience leading multi-workstream deliverables. Expect travel up to 80% to meet client needs and deliver impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the AI and Data Strategy space including Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, Responsible AI, leading tech-driven transformations.
• 3+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 3+ years of large-scale delivery experience in Corporate and/or Business Unit Finance processes, functions and/or systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into business processes and Finance capabilities.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets, AI technologies for growth and competitive advantages.
• Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation.
• Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy (including revenue upside and cost-takeout opportunities).
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, plan for ecosystem partnerships, and define operating model to foster innovation and experimentation.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
