Accenture is seeking a senior strategist at the intersection of AI, data, and business transformation to shape Finance AI strategies. You’ll partner with CFOs, design data-driven roadmaps, and orchestrate end-to-end delivery across global teams.

You’ll build business cases, ROI models, and value proofs, ensuring responsible AI principles guide every engagement while scaling solutions for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deep fluency in AI & Data Strategy across Finance, HR, and Operations.
• 5+ years of focused Finance AI and Data work with CFO processes.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models with funded roadmaps.
• 5+ years hands-on data management and analysis driving impactful insights.
• 5+ years conducting client assessments and requirements gathering.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI principles in live engagements.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end workstreams across multi-stakeholder environments.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery across time zones and cultures.
• 5+ years working with Finance processes, functions, and systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum 12 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision with Finance AI strategies connected to revenue upside and cost takeout.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Architect AI and data strategies covering platforms, data foundations, operating models, and talent.
• Develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models for funded roadmaps.
• Assess AI/data maturity across strategy, talent, and data infrastructure.
• Build for scale using scaled agile to sequence data elements and features.
• Embed Responsible AI as a differentiator and trust Builders.
• Drive AI-first product strategies and ecosystem partnerships for new revenue streams.
