Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned strategist at the intersection of AI, data, and business transformation to shape Finance AI and Data Strategy for leading clients. You will own the full arc from vision to roadmap to delivery across complex Finance environments, influencing C-suite partners and building lasting client relationships.

You will define AI-driven Finance strategies, craft compelling business cases, and guide multi-stakeholder delivery across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deep fluency in AI & Data Strategy — from enterprise-wide data architecture to function-specific plays across Finance, HR, and Operations.
• 5+ years of focused Finance AI and Data work — you understand CFO organizations and how AI/data can change that calculus.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models — you can translate a bold vision into a funded business case and a buildable roadmap.
• 5+ years of hands-on data management and analysis, with strategic insight into which insights matter to the C-suite.
• 5+ years conducting client assessments and requirements gathering — you know the right questions to ask and listen for what's not said.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements — you build trust as a differentiator.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end workstreams across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery — managing time zones, cultures, and matrix organizations.
• 5+ years working with Finance processes, functions, and systems — speak the language fluently.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); Master’s degree noted.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision with compelling Finance AI strategies connected to business outcomes — revenue upside and cost takeout.
• Earn the room by building trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Architect the path forward covering platforms, data foundations, operating models, and talent.
• Develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models to fund and sequence roadmaps.
• Assess and diagnose AI/data maturity across strategy, talent, operating model, and data infra.
• Build for scale by sequencing delivery of data elements and data products.
• Embed Responsible AI as a core differentiator and trust-building element.
• Drive commercialization by identifying AI-first product strategies and partnerships.
