Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant to lead AI-driven transformations for finance functions and to shape data strategy that creates measurable business value. You will partner with C-suite leaders to define roadmaps and build credibility as a trusted advisor on AI, data, and responsible practices.

You will drive program scope, data foundations, and scalable operating models while traveling up to 80% to meet client needs and deliver strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in AI and data strategy consulting.
• 3+ years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 3+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 3+ years of large-scale delivery experience in finance processes, functions or systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total).
• Bonus points for Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI and data strategy vision for finance transformations.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data.
• Define AI-first organization blueprint, data strategy and operating model.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap with ROI considerations.
• Infuse Responsible AI into vision and roadmap and foster innovation.
