• 5+ years hands-on data management and analysis.
• 5+ years conducting client assessments and requirements gathering.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements.
• 5+ years leading workstreams end-to-end across complex environments.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery.
• 5+ years working with corporate or BU Finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Shape the AI- and data-driven finance strategy for clients; build roadmap and delivery plans.
• Earn trusted advisor status with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Architect roadmap including platforms, data foundations, operating models, and talent.
• Develop business cases and ROI models to secure funding.
• Assess organization maturity in AI/data and recommend changes.
• Drive scalable delivery across multi-time-zone teams.
• Embed Responsible AI as a core differentiator in client engagements.
• Identify AI-first product strategies and ecosystem partnerships.
