Amer Sports Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance AI Enablement to join the Finance Transformation team. The role is hybrid, located in New York City or Chicago, with responsibilities across Finance AI strategy and implementation.

You will translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions, oversee delivery discipline for the Finance AI portfolio, and build capabilities to empower Finance teams to use AI responsibly and effectively.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, finance transformation, digital strategy, analytics, or related field
• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, technology, or related field
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional work from problem definition through delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate between business and tech teams
• Hands-on experience with Claude or Copilot to solve business problems and build reusable workflows
• Self-directed learning mindset and quickly building expertise in emerging tools

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of AI and digital enablement opportunities across Finance
• Partner with Finance leaders to identify pain points and prototype solutions
• Use enterprise AI tools to prototype and build solutions and coordinate with technical teams
• Identify reusable solutions and scale across brands, regions, or functions
• Help teams measure adoption, time saved, and impact
