Amer Sports Corporation in New York City or Chicago is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance AI Enablement to join the Finance Transformation team. You will translate business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions and lead delivery across Finance.

This role combines hands-on problem solving with senior stakeholder engagement, exposing you to brands, regions, and Finance functions while promoting responsible AI and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, finance transformation, or analytics.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, technology, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional work from problem definition to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Claude or Copilot and building reusable workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own a portfolio of AI and digital enablement opportunities across Finance.
• Partner with Finance leaders to define requirements and prototype solutions.
• Prototype and build AI-enabled outputs using Claude Copilot; coordinate with specialists as needed.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, IT, and external partners to keep initiatives aligned.
• Lead adoption metrics and governance to ensure sustainable benefits.
