Job summary

Amer Sports Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Finance AI Enablement to lead the Finance AI portfolio and collaborate with Finance and IT to deliver practical, scalable AI-enabled solutions.

You will report to the Senior Director, Digital Finance Transformation and drive the development of dashboards, automations, and reusable workflows while promoting responsible AI and governance across brands and regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in management consulting, finance transformation, analytics, or related field.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, technology, or related field.
• Ability to lead ambiguous cross-functional work from problem definition through delivery and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders and translating between business and technical teams.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of AI and digital enablement opportunities across Finance, including dashboards and automations.
• Partner with Finance leaders to identify pain points, define requirements, prototype solutions, and drive adoption.
• Use enterprise AI tools to prototype and build solutions, coordinating with technical specialists when needed.
• Identify reusable solutions across brands, regions, or functions to scale Finance capabilities.
• Measure adoption, time saved, decision quality, and other impact indicators.
• Provide program and project management across priority Finance AI initiatives.
