Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an experienced leader to drive AI/ML initiatives across storage product development teams in Boise. You will coordinate projects from planning through deployment, align stakeholders, and navigate dependencies to deliver high-impact AI/ML programs.

The role blends hands-on program leadership with technical collaboration and executive engagement, offering visibility into product outcomes and organizational strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SSD product development, validation, firmware, semiconductor products, or related technical environments.
• Experience managing technical programs, project schedules, issue tracking, and multi-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects to deployment milestones and communicate technical status to leadership.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams, functions, and geographic regions.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI/ML initiatives from requirements through deployment across product development teams
• Manage project breakthroughs, deployment readiness reviews, and Go/No-Go decisions
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams, resolve blockers, and manage dependencies across engineering workflows
• Track portfolio progress, align initiatives with business priorities, and identify high-value AI/ML opportunities
• Develop executive presentations, portfolio updates, and communications highlighting program status and outcomes
