Job summary

Micron Technology Boise is seeking a Digital & AI Workforce Development Specialist to lead onboarding, workforce readiness, and training programs. You will coordinate learning activities, manage documentation, and ensure compliance while leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and reporting accuracy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business units, SMEs, and cross-functional partners to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes in workforce development and documentation governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Workforce Development, Training, Learning & Development, Documentation, Operations, or related field.
• Experience supporting projects, programs, or cross-functional initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and customer management skills.
• Experience using data to support reporting, insights, decision-making, or continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other approved AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities, track details, and follow through on deliverables.
• Comfort using digital tools to improve efficiency, documentation, communication, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding programs, workforce readiness initiatives, and role-based training activities.
• Maintain On-the-Job Training plans, learning paths, assessments, job aids, and training materials.
• Partner with Business Units and SMEs to identify training needs and support practical learning solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, summaries, and visualizations that support decision-making.
• Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate data review, summarize insights, and produce reporting narratives.
