Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking an experienced Staff Artificial Intelligence Enablement Partner to define how AI is applied across the Product Engineering lifecycle. You will blend hands-on solution design with strategic influence, partnering with engineers and leaders to lead high-impact AI initiatives and help teams adopt AI and automation.

Responsibilities include identifying AI opportunities, designing and scaling AI solutions, mentoring teams, and building business cases for AI investments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or memory technologies (DRAM, NAND).
• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions in production environments and ability to teach and grow AI capability across teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and partner across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive high-value AI and automation opportunities across Product Engineering workflows.
• Design, prototype, and scale AI-powered and agent-based solutions from concept through deployment.
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional AI initiatives with a focus on quality, scalability, and sustainability.
• Mentor and enable teams to build AI fluency and adopt human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and prioritization frameworks for AI investments.
