Qualifications

• 5+ years fluency in AI & Data Strategy from enterprise data architectures to Finance functions.
• 5+ years focused Finance AI and Data work with CFOs and Finance leaders.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models.
• 5+ years hands-on data management and analysis with strategic insight.
• 5+ years conducting client assessments and requirements gathering.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements.
• 5+ years leading workstreams end-to-end across complex environments.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery experience.
• 5+ years working with Finance processes, functions and systems.

Responsibilities

• Shape Finance AI strategies connected to business outcomes like revenue, cost reduction, and competitive advantage.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Architect AI and data strategies covering platforms, data foundations, operating models, and talent.
• Develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models for funded roadmaps.
• Assess AI/data maturity across strategy, talent, operating model, and data infrastructure.
• Plan scalable delivery of data elements and features across organizations.
• Embed Responsible AI to foster trust and differentiation.
• Drive AI-first product strategies and ecosystem partnerships for new revenue streams.
