Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant to help leading organizations reinvent their finance functions through AI and data transformation. You will shape AI strategy, build client relationships as a trusted advisor, and architect scalable data and AI capabilities across finance processes.

The role requires 3+ years of consulting and delivery leadership experience, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel as needed to support client engagements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI and Data Strategy, including enterprise data strategy, talent strategy, value case development, data management, and responsible AI.
• Minimum 3+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• Minimum 3+ years of large-scale delivery experience in corporate finance processes, functions or systems.
• Associate degree holders must have at least 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into finance processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI capabilities.
• Assess maturity of AI and data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define building blocks for an AI-first organization including technology platforms and operating model.
• Create business cases, investment profiles and roadmaps for strategy delivery.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan partner ecosystem engagement and operating model.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
