Accenture PLC in the United States seeks an AI & Data Strategy Senior Manager focused on CFO & Enterprise Value to lead finance AI strategy engagements, define roadmaps, and translate FP&A, Controllership and Treasury needs into actionable AI solutions.

You will shape operating models, build business cases, and collaborate with finance leadership to deliver ROI-driven transformations, while traveling up to 80% as required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Finance functional roles or Finance transformation consulting
• 7+ years of AI & Data experience with Finance use cases
• 7+ years of high-value consulting experience; large-scale delivery
• 2+ years in AI & Data delivery within finance space
• Experience leading conversations with CFOs and Finance leadership
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance-specific AI strategy engagements — define a vision for AI in FP&A, Controllership, Close, Treasury and Tax
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve Finance processes using AI
• Assess client Finance data assets, tech stack and AI readiness
• Design future-state Finance processes with embedded AI
• Translate Finance requirements into AI solution designs with tech teams
• Build business cases and roadmaps for AI transformations in Finance
• Shape AI operating models for Finance functions
• Ensure responsible AI with auditability and compliance
• Develop and nurture client relationships with CFOs and Finance leaders
• Lead go-to-market activities and drive full sales cycles for Finance AI engagements
• Travel up to 80% as needed
