Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Senior Manager focused on CFO & Enterprise Value to lead Finance AI engagements and design future-state processes. You will engage with CFOs and Finance leadership, shaping roadmaps and business cases for AI-enabled transformations, embedding responsible AI, and driving new opportunities across client engagements.

The role requires extensive Finance domain experience, senior-level communication with C-suite, and a strong engineering mindset to turn

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance functional roles or Finance transformation consulting.
• 7+ years of AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects with Finance use cases.
• 7+ years of high‑value consulting experience, including large‑scale delivery with minimal oversight.
• 2+ years in AI & Data delivery specifically within finance space.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Lead Finance-specific AI strategy engagements — define a compelling vision for how data and AI can reinvent core Finance functions.
• Apply an engineering problem-solving mindset — identify where AI, automation, and data solutions can reduce friction.
• Conduct Finance AI and Data Assessments — evaluate the maturity of a client's Finance data assets and tech stack.
• Design Finance Process Reinvention — map current processes and develop future-state designs.
• Develop Finance AI Functional Designs — translate requirements into AI solution designs.
• Build the business case and roadmap — create investment profiles and roadmaps for ROI.
• Shape AI Operating Model design — define governance and tech structures for AI-enabled Finance.
• Infuse Responsible AI — embed ethical AI principles and compliance.
• Build trusted client relationships — advise CFOs with finance fluency and AI expertise.
• Originate and shape new opportunities — lead go-to-market for Finance AI engagements.
