Job summary

Accenture is looking for a senior strategist to lead Finance AI and Data Strategy initiatives in the United States. You will shape enterprise-wide AI roadmaps, drive ROI models, and build trusted relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders across global clients.

Expect high-impact engagements, cross-functional leadership, and the opportunity to redefine how AI and data transform Finance functions. This role reports to the Finance AI & Data Strategy practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years fluency in AI & Data Strategy across Finance
• 5+ years focused Finance AI & Data work
• 5+ years developing value cases & ROI models
• 5+ years hands-on data management & analysis
• 5+ years conducting client assessments & requirements gathering
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements
• 5+ years leading workstreams end-to-end
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery
• 5+ years working with corporate Finance processes

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision: define Finance AI strategies linked to business outcomes.
• Earn the room: build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Architect the path forward: design AI & data strategies across platforms, data foundations, operating models, and talent.
• Make the case: develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models for funded roadmaps.
• Assess and diagnose: evaluate AI/data maturity across strategy, talent, operating model, and data infra.
• Build for scale: sequence delivery of data elements, data products, and features.
• Embed Responsible AI: ensure ethical AI as a differentiator, not just compliance.
• Drive commercialization: identify AI-first product strategies and ecosystem partnerships.
