Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant to help clients reinvent finance processes through AI, GenAI and data-driven transformations. You will shape strategy, build trusted advisor relationships, and define roadmaps that unlock growth and efficiency across enterprise finance functions.

You will lead multi-year delivery programs, assess AI maturity, and embed Responsible AI while defining operating models and data architectures. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI and Data Strategy space including Enterprise/Function-specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, Responsible AI and Roadmap development.
• 3+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 3+ years of large-scale delivery experience in Finance processes, functions or systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if associate's, 6+ years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data integration into business processes.
• Define and structure AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI platforms.
• Assess maturity of AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization including platform blueprint and operating model.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap including revenue upside and cost-takeout opportunities.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
