Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Senior Manager focused on CFO & Enterprise Value to lead Finance AI strategy engagements and define a compelling vision for data-driven finance transformation. You will engage CFOs and Finance leadership, translate requirements into AI designs, and deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibilities include leading FP&A, Controllership, and Treasury AI initiatives, building roadmaps, and shaping operating models. Up to 80% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in Finance or Finance transformation consulting.
• 7+ years AI & Data experience with Finance use cases.
• 7+ years of high-value consulting experience and leadership.
• 2+ years AI & Data delivery in finance space.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).

Responsabilités

• Lead Finance AI strategy engagements across FP&A, Controllership, Financial Close, Treasury and Tax.
• Translate Finance requirements into AI solution designs with technology teams.
• Develop ROI-driven investment profiles and roadmaps for Finance AI transformations.
• Shape AI Operating Models for Finance functions including governance and processes.
• Engage with CFOs and Finance leadership to build trusted client relationships.
• Originate and shape new opportunities and lead go-to-market activities.
