Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager focused on AI & Data Strategy for CFO & Enterprise Value. You will lead Finance AI engagements, design future-state processes, and translate requirements into AI solution designs closely with technology teams.

You will build business cases, roadmaps, and operating models for Finance AI transformations, engaging with CFOs and senior Finance leaders while embodying responsible AI principles. Travel may be required up to 80% based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of Finance functional roles or Finance transformation consulting.
• 7+ years of AI & Data experience with Finance use cases.
• 7+ years of high-value consulting, large-scale delivery and leadership.
• 2+ years in AI & Data delivery specifically within finance.
• Experience with Finance AI strategy and business case development.
• Experience with Finance Data Assessment and Finance AI Technology Assessment.
• Experience with Finance Process Reinvention and Finance AI Functional Design.
• Experience designing AI Operating Models for Finance functions.
• Proven ability to engage with CFOs and senior Finance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance-specific AI strategy engagements and define a compelling vision for data and AI in FP&A, Controllership, Close, Treasury, and Tax.
• Apply engineering-thinking to identify where AI and data solutions reduce friction and manual effort in Finance processes.
• Assess client Finance data assets, technology stack, and AI readiness to find high-value opportunities.
• Map current Finance processes and design future-state processes with built-in AI.
• Translate Finance process requirements into AI solution designs with technology teams.
• Build business cases and roadmaps for Finance AI transformations with ROI.
• Define the AI Operating Model for Finance functions, including governance and roles.
• Infuse Responsible AI principles with auditability and regulatory alignment.
• Develop relationships with CFOs and Finance leadership as trusted advisor.
• Origininate and shape new opportunities; lead go-to-market activities for Finance AI engagements.
• Ability to travel up to 80% as needed.
