Accenture is seeking a seasoned Strategy professional to lead Finance AI and Data Transformation engagements from vision to execution. You will shape enterprise strategies, partner with CFOs, and drive AI-led finance transformations on a global scale, including building ROI models and scalable operating models.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, cross-functional leadership, and delivering measurable outcomes in large, complex organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deep fluency in AI & Data Strategy — from enterprise-wide data architecture to function-specific plays across Finance, HR, and Operations.
• 5+ years of focused Finance AI and Data work — understanding CFO operations and how AI/data can change that calculus.
• 5+ years of developing value cases and ROI models — translating vision into funded roadmaps.
• 5+ years of hands-on data management and analysis with strategic insight for the C-suite.
• 5+ years of leading client assessments and requirements gathering.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI principles in live engagements.

Responsabilités

• Shape the vision and define Finance AI strategies tied to business outcomes.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Architect AI and data strategies covering platforms, data foundations, operating models, and talent.
• Develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models for funded roadmaps.
• Assess and diagnose AI/data maturity across strategy, talent, operating model, and data infrastructure.
• Drive delivery sequencing with scaled agile practices.
