Job summary

Acuity Inc. in Atlanta, GA, invites early-career talent to join the BUILD program, a two-year rotational experience designed to develop professionals through hands-on assignments across finance and accounting.

Participants rotate every six months to gain broad business understanding, leadership, and technical skills. Roles start Jan 11, 2027 or Jul 12, 2027 in Atlanta, with exposure to multiple business processes and initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills required.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Availability to travel based on business needs is required.

Responsibilities

Rotate within functional areas to explore Corporate Finance, Corporate Accounting, AIS Finance, AIS Accounting, and more.
Support cost accounting and treasury tasks as part of Finance & Accounting rotations.
Engage in financial analysis and reporting across multiple business units.
Collaborate with teams to understand processes and drive improvements.
