Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and time‑management skills are required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Intermediate general proficiency with AI tools is required.
• Availability to travel up to 20% is required.
• Experience in scripting and leveraging APIs is desired.
• Experience with basic control cabling, network configuration, and working with third‑party lighting hardware is preferred.
• Leadership experience influencing change, people, and processes is highly preferred.
• Team‑oriented with initiative is highly preferred.
• Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rotations include New Product Development and Sustaining/VAVE.
• Explore areas like Optical Engineering and Product Management during rotations.
• Participate in onboarding, mentorship, and leadership report‑out meetings.
