Acuity Inc. in Atlanta invites graduates to join its two-year BUILD Leadership Program, rotating to different finance and accounting areas every six months to build business acumen and professional skills.

You will collaborate with program peers on business processes and initiatives, while receiving mentorship and leadership exposure. Ideal candidates hold a business or finance-related degree, show strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and are ready to take initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to travel as needed.
• Leadership experience and team orientation preferred.
• Less than two years of related work experience preferred.
• Candidates may begin employment Jan 11, 2027 or Jul 12, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a two-year rotational leadership program.
• Rotate to a different functional area every six months.
• Develop business acumen, functional expertise, and professional skills through hands-on experience.
• Rotate across Finance and Accounting areas including Corporate Finance, Corporate Accounting, ABL Finance, ABL Accounting, Cost Accounting, AIS Finance, AIS Accounting, Tax, Investor Relations, Treasury, Shared Services, Audit, and Corporate Development.
• Collaborate with program peers on business processes and initiatives.
• Participate in mentorship, social and networking events, onboarding, and leadership report-out meetings.
• Contribute to business, professional, and technical development for future career opportunities at Acuity.
