Job summary

Acuity Inc. BUILD Leadership Program is a two-year rotational experience in Finance & Accounting designed to develop high-potential early career professionals.

Participants rotate every six months to gain business acumen and functional expertise across corporate finance, accounting, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Based in Atlanta, GA, the program emphasizes hands-on learning, mentorship from finance leaders, and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Arts in Finance or Accounting or a related field is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and time‑management skills are required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Availability to travel based on business needs is required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate within Corporate Finance to support financial planning and analysis.
• Rotate within Corporate Accounting and ABL Finance operations.
• Work on ABL Finance – Forecast and AIS Finance.
• Participate in Tax, Investor Relations and Treasury activities.
• Contribute to Shared Services (AP/AR), Audit and Corporate Development.
