Job summary

Acuity Inc. BUILD program offers a two-year rotational experience, developing high-potential talent through hands-on assignments across HR and business functions. Participants rotate every six months to build broad business acumen and professional skills, preparing for future opportunities at Acuity.

The program emphasizes learning agility, ownership, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment, with mentorship and peer collaboration throughout the experience, based in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills are required.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Availability to travel based on business needs (up to 20%) is required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate within functional areas to work on projects alongside experienced colleagues.
• Engage in HR Project Management Office (PMO) and Center of Excellence (COE) rotations (Talent & Organization Effectiveness, Total Rewards, HR Operations).
• Explore exposure areas such as HR Technology, HR Compliance, and Associate and Labor Relations.
